NBC -- You have to see it to believe it. And once you see it, you still might not believe it.

South Florida divers John Dickinson and Chip Garber say they had a close encounter with a nurse shark sporting a large Frisbee-like ring around its neck.

The men were with a group diving off Palm Beach and caught the incident on tape.

Garber made the brave move of approaching the shark from behind and was able to remove the ring.
